Where we ship We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the United States. Carrier and rate Orders ship via USPS. Shipping is charged at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you place your order. How your order moves - Pending payment — your order is placed and waiting for a bank wire or ACH transfer. - Paid / On hold — we have confirmed your payment. - Awaiting inventory — one or more items are out of stock. Your order ships when the items are back in stock. - Ready to ship — your order is paid, in stock, and in the packing queue. - Shipped — your order is on its way. You receive a confirmation email with the USPS tracking number, and tracking also appears in your account. - Completed — delivered.
